This Privacy Policy explains how Lobby 18 ("we", "us") handles information in connection with our Discord community and this website, including our merchandise store.
Discord community. When you join our Discord server via an invite link, Discord itself collects and processes your account information under its own privacy policy — we only see what you choose to share inside the server (username, messages, activity visible to members and moderators).
Store orders. When checkout is live, placing an order will involve sharing your name, email, shipping address, and payment details directly with our payment processor (Stripe) and our print-on-demand fulfillment partner (Printful) so your order can be charged and shipped. We do not store your payment card details ourselves.
Shopping cart. Items you add to your cart on this site are stored locally in your own browser (via localStorage) so your cart persists between visits. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us until you complete an order.
This site does not currently use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. If that changes (for example, if we add site analytics), we will update this policy and request consent where required.
